Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what furnace companies can take from them

These are real, public results from heating and HVAC clients. They show what the methods behind our furnace marketing have done elsewhere; they do not predict what your company will get.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

A newsroom should treat its own claims the way it treats everyone else's: state them exactly, link the source, and explain what they do and do not prove. These four cases come from our HVAC and heating work. Each figure belongs to the named client, and each client's live website is linked so you can see the work.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic search growth

The answer first: steady search work can multiply organic traffic within a year.

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months. The work centred on clear service pages, local relevance and content that answered real heating questions.

What transfers to a furnace company: organic traffic grows when each service, including furnace repair, replacement and maintenance, has its own useful page, and when the site answers the questions homeowners actually search. That is the core of our furnace search visibility service.

What it does not prove: that your traffic will grow by the same percentage. Starting points differ. A site with almost no traffic can show a large percentage gain from a small base.

CanroHeat.ca: lead growth

CanroHeat.ca reported 250% lead growth.

What transfers: leads grew because the marketing and the website worked together: visibility brought visitors, and pages made it easy to call or text. For a furnace company, the same principle applies in January, when a homeowner with no heat will call the first company that makes it easy.

What it does not prove: a fixed lead increase for any other company or month.

HVACDeal.ca: leads and return

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What transfers: return on marketing is measurable when leads are tracked through to sales. A 12:1 ratio means every dollar of marketing was matched by twelve in return, by that client's measure. For furnace work, we track booked estimates, closed jobs and cost per job, as described on our replacement lead service page.

What it does not prove: that every campaign will reach that ratio. Ticket size, closing rate and competition matter.

BCWide.ca: speed of results

BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: focused campaigns can show results within a single season when the basics are in place. For furnace companies, that makes the September to November window important: work started then can be producing before the coldest months.

What it does not prove: that 90 days is enough for every market or channel. Organic search generally takes longer than paid search.

Reading these numbers honestly

A short checklist we apply to any marketing claim, ours included:

  1. Whose number is it? Each figure above names the client and links the site.
  2. Measured how? Traffic, leads and ROI are different things. A traffic gain is not a sales gain.
  3. Over what period? 90 days and 12 months are not comparable.
  4. From what base? Large percentages can come from small starting points.
  5. Does it apply to me? Market, budget and operations matter as much as marketing.

These are results from our HVAC work. More cases, including CombiBoiler.ca and HeatLand, are listed on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

Why we show HVAC results on a furnace site

Furnaces are one part of HVAC work, and the same channels drive them: local search, paid search, a clear website and honest reviews. The cases above were whole-business HVAC results. We present them as evidence that the method works in heating, not as furnace-specific figures.

What we would measure for you

For a furnace company, we would agree a short list of measures before any work starts: calls and texts from search and ads, booked estimates, jobs won, cost per job, and the number of outdated claims removed from your site. Then we report on exactly those each month. The pricing page shows the plans, and the newsroom shows the kind of sources we read to keep campaigns accurate.

Frequently asked questions

Are these furnace-only results?

They are HVAC and heating results. Furnaces are part of that work, but the figures cover each client's overall marketing, not furnaces alone.

Will my company get the same results?

Not necessarily. Market, competition, budget, reviews and how fast your team answers the phone all change the outcome. We show these cases as proof of method, not as a forecast.

Where can I see more case studies?

The full list is at hvac.agency/case-studies, our parent brand's case study page.

Do you publish client quotes or reviews?

No. We publish the measurable results our clients have made public and link to their live websites so you can look for yourself.
