Our prices are published because furnace company owners should be able to budget before a sales call. They are the plans of our parent brand, HVAC.Agency, applied to furnace work. Monthly marketing plans

The answer first: three plans, from $2,998 to $8,998 a month, each adding depth to the one before.

Plan Price What it covers
Starter $2,998/month For one furnace company finding its feet online: SEO-ready service pages on your site, Google Business Profile and local SEO work, starter Google and Meta ad campaigns, hosting and upkeep, and one report a month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content work, paid ads on several channels, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and a weekly report
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, with video marketing, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs

Each plan can be shaped around our four furnace services: replacement leads, dual-fuel campaigns, search visibility and rate and rebate content.

What drives cost for a furnace company

Four factors decide which plan fits:

  1. Service area size. One city needs fewer pages and less ad budget than a company serving several regions.
  2. Competition. Large metro markets usually cost more to win in search and ads than smaller towns.
  3. Program activity. Markets with frequent rebate and rate changes, such as Ontario's quarterly gas pricing or BC's income-qualified rebates, need more content updates.
  4. Your starting point. A company with a strong website and many reviews needs less foundation work.

A worked example

Suppose your average furnace replacement brings $6,000 in revenue at a 35% gross margin, so each job contributes about $2,100. On the Starter plan at $2,998 a month plus 5% GST in BC or Alberta (about $3,148), you would need roughly one and a half extra replacement jobs a month to cover the plan fee, before any ad budget. If ad spend is separate in your proposal, add it to the cost side. Use your own job value and margin; the method is what matters.

What is not in the price

Some costs sit outside the plan fee, and you should see them in writing before you sign. Paid advertising budgets are the main one; how they are billed is stated in your proposal. Third-party tools, such as call tracking numbers or specialised software, are listed there too if your plan needs them. Ask us to show the total monthly cost, including GST/HST, for your first three months. If a figure is missing from the proposal, it is not agreed.

Comparing us with other options

Owners usually compare three routes: doing marketing in-house, hiring a freelancer, or an agency plan. In-house works when someone has the time and skills; a freelancer can be cost-effective for a single task. A plan suits companies that want several channels run together and reported in one place. The right answer depends on your size and your season.

How to choose

  • Starter suits a single-location company that needs a solid website, a well-run Google Business Profile and basic ads.
  • Growth suits an established company ready for regular content, several ad channels and review generation, especially in program-heavy markets.
  • Elite suits multi-location or high-volume companies that want video, PR, a dedicated manager and monthly strategy calls.

If you are unsure, start with the free trial and a conversation. Anything not stated above, including how ad spend is billed, is confirmed in writing in your proposal. See the FAQ for common questions, and the results behind our methods.
